The 12th annual Best Enterpreneur competition for the year 2004

The Best Enterpreneur competition was created back in 1993 by the Bulgarian American Enterprise Fund (BAEF) to stimulate young Bulgarians aged 18-29 to open private businesses. Foe the past 10 years, more than 4100 young enterpreneurs have participated in the seminars organised all over the country and about 1100 business plans have been looked through and evaluated. Awards of altogether 16 500 USD are handed annually to the winners, with additional stimulating awards of over 4000 USD. An international jury of people having a significan experience in various businesses reviews and evaluates the business plans of the young enterpreneurs.

This year another 16 500 UDS have been handed to the best BG young enterpreneurs of the year:

  • one first prize: 6000 USD
  • two second prozes: 3000 USD each
  • three third prizes: 1500 USD each
