Bulgarian Yavor Yanakiev, world champion in Greco-Roman wrestling, won the bronze medal in the 74 kg class of the Olympic tournaments in Beijing.
Yanakiev won the first medal for Bulgaria in the China-held games in a match against Aleh Mihailovic of Belarus, whom he defeated 2:1.
