The first event of the URBACT Project of the Strasbourg Club took place May 9^th and 10^th, 2005, in the town of Strasbourg, France. URBACT is an educational project consisting of 5 seminars:

• for the Public Transport EU documents,
• another two on the EU Financial Instruments,
• and another two will be Research seminars, with the other participating cities sharing their experience in the respective fields.

 The aim of that project is mainly at creating and implementing public transportation in the urban environment.
