Two monuments to the children who died in the Lim River were unveiled April 6thA monument to the children who died in the Lim River was erected at the place of the crash on the Serbian bank of the river. Another one stands in the centre of the neighboring Montenegrin town of Bielo Pole, lying on the opposite bank of the deadly river. Both monuments, symbol of the common grief of Bulgarians, Serbs and Montenegrins, are also memorial to the saviors who helped the rest 38 kids and adults to survive?
Five Orthodox Bishops and a Muslim Mufti came to officially open the monument erected to commemorate all the children who lost their lives. The grief of the parents was respected by the three presidents ? of Bulgaria, Serbia and Montenegro.
