Тhe annual Summer Painting Plain-Air, that has already become a tradition for the Old Town of Plovdiv, was closed yesterday. This year?s Plain-Air took place July 1st -10th once again on the territory of the Nedkovich House Museum in the Old Town of Plovdiv, with participants from various European countries ? Austria, Macedonia, Romania, Russia and of course, Bulgaria. The youngest artist to take part in the Plain-Air was the 27-year-old Anna-Maria Basiou from Constance, Romania. Bulgarian representative was the artist Ivan Kraevski.
The Plain-Air was organized by the Plovdiv Municipality and the Municipality Culture Department, with an artistic director Matey Mateev.
