Regional strategy to be discussed

Today, Feb.16, 2007, 10 am, the third-storey hall of the Regional Administration is hosting a regional development meeting to approve the new Regional Strategy. That is a basic strategic program document defining the long-term goals and priorities of the regional development policy. It comprises the period 2005-2015.

Regional Strategy is focused on:

Analysis of the economic and social status of the region

Goals for region’s development and that of the constituting sub-regions

Activity organization and coordination

Supervision, estimation and actualization of the activities
