The anniversary of Levski's birth will be celbrated by the citizens of Plovdiv in front of Levski;s monument on the Bunardzhika Hill. Speech will be held by the Municipal Council Chairman, Strashimir Dochkov. Then, a procession "Following Levski's Footsteps", part of the "Save the Bulgarian Spirit" initiative, starts through all the villages and places where Levski had set revolutionary committees.
In the evening, torch procession starting from Suedinenie Square and going down the Main Street of Plovdiv is expected to end in a meeting at the Open-Air Theater.
