"Prime Property BG" JSC is expected to invest 64 mln Euro into the construction of the first Business Park in the city of Plovdiv. The business park will feature modern 4 and 5-story buildings with offices and commercial stores, underground parking lots, restaurants and several supermarket stores.
The lot is 48 682 sq.m. and the build-up area is evaluated at around 110 000 sq.m.
