The new industrial park will be constructed on a 150 decares lot, with a built-up area of 80 decares – construction starts Jan.2008. The investment of over 60 million BGN comes from the Belgian company IMMO Industry Group, which has been investor and constructor of industrial and logistic center all over Europe.

The new industrial park will be located some 5 km outside the city of Plovdiv and is going to feature production halls, warehouses and smaller production facilities.

Tomorrow, Oct.16, an Investment Business Forum opens at 12.30 pm in the Moscow Hall of the Novotel Plovdiv Hotel, with the participation of 10 Belgian companies.
