An interesting exhibition focused on the image of the village as an innocent place and the city as the corrupted one, opens at the Plovdiv Ethnographic Museum, on Feb.2, 2009 (Monday), at 5.30 PM.
The exhbition features erotic photos from the end of the 19th c., as well as photos presenting key customs rites and rituals such as the typical wedding ones, the rain ones, masked kukeri ones, etc.
