The city of Plovdiv is the venue of an International Conference on Defense and Security opened by Tzveta Markova, Chairperson of the State Commission for Information Security. The forum is organized by the Atlantic Club of Bulgaria, NATO Information Center in Sofia, the George Marshall Fund in Bulgaria and the Representation of the European Commission in Bulgaria.
