Charity Concert is taking place in Plovdiv with the participation of Teodosii Spassov and Big Band PLovdiv, Jan.10, 2009, 6 PM. Presenter is the actress Violeta Gindeva. The concert, supported by the Cancer Patients Association and and University Hospital Oncology and Hematology Clinic, is raising funds for the treatment of Iva Tsekova, suffering from leukemia.
Iva is a bright girl from Plovdiv, who after graduating from the English Langiage High School in Plovdiv continued her studies at the Harvard University, USA, when the illness brought her down again.
We all give Iva's our support and best thoughts of recovery.
