Co-organizers of the event is the "Art Today" Association - Plovdiv Contemporary Art Center, New Bulgarian University in Sofia (History of Culture Department).

The project has been developed in cooperation with the European Culture Foundation; the MUDAM Museum of Contemporary Art, Luxemburg; PAVILION UNICREDIT – Contemporary Art and Culture Center, Bucharest; FEINKOST Art Gallery, Berlin and the German-Bulgarian Meeting Center, Plovdiv.

Pokrov, as the feast HOLY PROTECTION OF THE MOTHER OF GOD is popular in BG, is a Slavonic term meaning “veil” or “mantle”, signifying protection. This feast today is primarily observed by the Eastern Slavic Churches - Catholic and Orthodox.
