Plovdiv Spring Fair Boasts 527 Companies at Official Launch Business

Bulgaria's Economy and Energy Minister, Petar Dimitrov, officially opened Tuesday the 29th International Plovdiv Spring Fair.

527 local and foreign companies from 22 countries participate with displays of consumer goods and technologies.

30 new companies and one country - South Africa, have joined the exhibitors' list just days ago.

Indonesia is the official country partner of the Fair.

The Fair includes 10 specialized exhibits of food products, technologies, furniture, sporting goods, shoes and clothing, cosmetics, yachts.

The Fair's program also lists a culinary contest to be held for the first time in its history.

There is a BGN 3 admission fee; BGN 2 for visitors arriving after 2 pm.
