Премиера на албума "Филипопол"

Премиера на луксозния триезичен албум „Филипопол” ще се състои в зала „Съединение” на Историческия музей. Авторите Елена Кесякова и Димитър Райчев документират историческото минало на древния и вечен Пловдив. На страниците на албума „Филипопол“ са дадени възстановки на много ключови места в античния град: Източната порта, Античния театър, Римския стадион, акведуктите, жилищните сгради и храмовете с техните впечатляващи мозайки. Пресъздадени на базата на археологическа документация и литература, на хилядолетните артефакти е вдъхнат нов живот, който представя една красива картина на древния град – не застиналият в студените каменни форми Фибипопол , а град,прероден чрез образи и истории от миналото с богат илюстративен и снимков материал и подробна информация за археологическите обекти. Албумът е на издателска къща „Хермес” със съдействието на община Пловдив и е в подкрепа на кандидатурата на Пловдив за европейска столица на културата през 2019-а година .
