Das bulgarisch-israelische Joint Venture Melina plant, in Plovdiv ein neues Einkaufszentrum im Wert von 50 Mio Euro zu bauen.
Der Komplex mit dem Namen Central Mall Markovo Tepe wird auf 8500 qu.m. Grundfläche liegen und wird im Jahr 2008 eröffnet.
