After a ten-year break, the leading German tour-operator TUI starts sending German tourists to Pamporovo again. Contracts have been signed with the Murgavets Grand Hotel, the five-star Pamporovo Hotel and the Zora Hotel. The first pack of over 100 German tourists is expected to come to Pamporovo and their rooms are booked ahead, says the manager of the Murgavets Hotel Plamen Popov. Three times more are the German skiers staying at the Pamporovo Hotel.
According to the specialists, that ?coming back? of the famous tour-operator TUI is due to the improved facilities in the resort. The connections between TUI and Pamporovo got broken in the period preceding the privatisation of the complex. Here is a brief information about Pamporovo: located in the heart of the Rhodope Mountains, 250 km southeast of Sofia and 85 km southeast of Plovdiv, Pamporovo is considered the pearl of Bulgaria?s mountain resorts.

The Pamporovo Hotel is 500 m away from the centre of the resort, right opposite the newly erected church ?The Assumption?, at an altitude of 1552 meters. The seven-floor hotel is a five-star hotel ? the only one in the resort, offering all the options for its ranking, including a secured parking lot.

The Murgavets Grand Hotel is located in the very centre of the resort. Privately owned by a holding, it was renovated and turned into a cosy and comfortable place to stay at. The hotel works all the year round and is suitable for skiers and mountaineers, as well as for organizing business meetings, forums, and company seminars.

The Zora Hotel is located in the centre of the resort, just next to the Snezhanka Hotel. It works all the year round and offers high-quality facilities.
