Today we mark International Roma Day

On April 8 we mark International Roma Day. On the occasion Sofia will be the venue of a forum entitled “European funds: possibilities for support of Roma integration”. The Conference is organized by the Center for Inter-ethnical dialogue and tolerance Amalipe and the Open Society Institute under the auspices of Bulgarian Deputy Premier and Chair of the National Council for cooperation on ethnical and integration issues Ivaylo Kalfin. The forum is to discuss the support of various European financial instruments for the fulfillment of Bulgaria’s National strategy 2012-2020 for integrating Roma.
