Gallery Renaissance – Old Town of Plovdiv will open the exhibition ” Athos – the cradle of faith” from Vasil Petrov. The exhibition will continue until 11.02.2013g.

Pictures from the exhibition “Athos – the cradle of faith” were created after the visit of Vassil Petrov of Mount Athos with its monasteries and chaples laurels. Obsessed with magic and special prochustvenost the place of its purity and mystic beauty, the author creates a series of paintings, imbued with reverence, admiration and faith in the permanence and grandeur of this place. A place inhabited by deeply believing Christian faith people are doomed to a life of that belief is limited, renounced all worldly in its name.

In the works is encoded by the beauty of nature and created by human hands monasteries, the power of faith in God and his omnipresence.

Wonderful artist and heartfelt interpreter of color author has created works awesome, magical and sophisticated interpretation.
