The opening of the Autumn International Technical Fair in Plovdiv

According to the Maritsa newspaper, Mrs. Lydia Shouleva, a Vice-Premiere and Economy Minister, will declare the traditional the Autumn International Technical Fair open, today in Plovdiv. This year?s 59th edition of the Fair is expected to be the largest in scale for the last 15 years. 2,619 companies from 42 countries are participating in the Fair. Two specialized exhibitions and 7 exhibition pavilions are organized on a total area of 92,076 sq.m.
The Fair will be open each day starting today, Sept.29th, until Oct.4th, from 9 am to 6 pm (only the last day it will be open until 4 pm). The entrance fee is 15 leva until 3 am, and 3 leva after 3 pm. Entrance fee for disabled and kids ? 1 leva. During the days of the Autumn International Technical Fair, the City Transport Organization has released a special bus, to carry passengers from the Central Railway Station to the Fair Grounds. The visitors arriving by cars will be able to leave their cars on the paid municipality parking lots, in the area around the entrance, on both sides of the Maritsa Blvd., along the Bulgaria Blvd., and along the Tsar Boris III Blvd.
