Based on a publication from the Culture Pages of the Maritsa newspaper
The first item of news is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of the great artist Zlatuy Boyadzhiev, which will be celebrated today, at 7 pm, at the George Papazov Gallery, with an exhibition displaying some very interesting drawings from the period before the 1940 (most of which have never been displayed in audience), as well as some oil paintings. The exhibition was collected with the cooperation of the artist?s heirs, and mostly his son, the artist Georgi Boyadzhiev. The citizens and guests of Plovdiv will be able to enjoy that exhibition until September 23rd. Around that time, the album containing reproductions of the displayed paintings will be ready and presented to the audience, thanks to the cooperation of the Rhodopes Municipality and some private sponsors.

Some more information on Christmas Eve
Christmas Eve is the night before Christmas, when the whole family gathers at a festive dinner with traditionally uneven number of meatless dishes - the more the number is, the richest the year is going to be.
