530 kg Easter sweet bread called "kozunak" will be on display by the fountain outside the Plovdiv Municipality building on Easter, April 4, and then will be ritually cut in pieces . The gigantic sweet bread will be baked by the master-bakers og the Simid bakery company. Total of 320 kg flour, 120 l milk, 1060 eggs, 92 kg sugar, 21 kg raisins and 13 kg sesame seed are expected to be used for the preparation of that huge sweet bread.

The sweet bread will be transported to the city center by a special oversized-load truck and everyone can come and try a piece of it.
