Anniversary of the death sentences of three Bulgarian Regents, Feb.1, 1945

Feb.1st, 1945 the so-called People's Court of the communist government sentenced to death the three royal regents - Prince Kiril of Preslav, Prof. Bogdan Filov and Gen. Nikola Mihov, 22 ministers, 67 MPs, 47 generals, colonels, etc.

The sentences were all performed the very same day. Until April 1945 when the trials ended, the total of 2730 all received death sentences...
