The independent municipal councilor Ventsislav Ivanov is going to be the new Plovdiv leader of the newly-founded citizen association called European Democratic Course. He was presented by the association’s chairman Dimiter Abadzhiev, and the management board members Maria Kapon and Nikolay Mladenov.
