Неслучайно световният ден на целувката се отбелязва днес - в разгара на горещото лято. Така е от 1988 година насам - със сигурност не просто защото целувката след хранене понижава риска от кариес...

Световният ден на целувката се отбелязва вече четвърт век, но тя е стара като света.

Не само отбелязаните рекорди на 6 юли - като най-дългата целувка, продължила 30 часа, будят любопитство. От 1981 г. Световната здравна организация се занимава със задълбочени изследвания за природата на целувката. Специалистите са изчислили:

целуваме се около 14 дни - или средно по 100 000 пъти.

Целуването поне веднъж дневно, укрепва психичното ни здраве - но ако трае поне 3 минути. Тогава организмът произвеждат достатъчно ендорфини, известни като хормоните на щастието.

Резултатите от изследванията на учените могат да се обобщят така:

целувката е като солта на живота.
